Hello! We just want to introduce ourselves so you'll know who you'll be reading about and maybe working with someday. I'll try to figure out how to add our photos to this post, which is my VERY first blog post EVER!
We are Jan & Teresa, co-founders of Ready Set Show LLC, a Real Estate Staging company in Medford, Oregon. Our #1 goal is to be a blessing to our clients, as they are to us. Our #2 goal is to consistently offer the reliable, high quality service we believe in.
We met at our former jobs, working for the local school district. We became good friends and daydreamed about this business for a couple years. We started by staging Jan's vacant rentals, mostly for practice but also so she would have good advertising photos. Back then most of our furniture and decor was 2nd hand or borrowed from our own homes, and we stored it all at one of Jan's remodel projects.
Jan's own Realtor caught wind of our dreams and invited us to stage her booth at the Southern Oregon Home Show. That's when we realized that we would need a business name if we were going to put out cards! So, we decided on Ready Set Show, formed an LLC, ordered cards and created social media sites.
The business has grown at a comfortable pace solely by word of mouth. Now we are getting ready to start marketing ourselves a little more and see how it takes off. This website is part of that process and in a couple days we will be guests on the The Real Estate Show with Alice Lema!
